RETURN POLICY

If you purchased an item through our website and need to return it, you can request a refund within 30 days of the shipping date.
To qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned in "new" condition—unused, unaltered, unworn, and containing all original components (e.g., all parts of The Safe House Kit).

• Shipping charges: Non-refundable.
• Shipping insurance: Non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs: You will be charged for the return shipping label (up to $30).
• Defective items: No handling fee applies.
• Discounted items: Final sale—non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To initiate a return or exchange, email hi@entropysurvival.com with your order number and ZIP code.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is on its way.

STORE CREDIT BONUS

If you opt for store credit instead of a refund, you can choose a gift card to shop with. During the returns process, if you decide to shop immediately, you’ll receive a $10 bonus credit. Please note this bonus must be used at the time of issuance and cannot be applied to purchases in the regular store.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is Entropy Survival, LLC (“Sponsor”), including its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and respective employees, officers, and directors.

2. Compliance with Laws

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Rules”).

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who:

• Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Meet all entry requirements outlined in these Rules.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director are not eligible to participate or win.

Shipping Restrictions: The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. However, prizes can only be shipped to a U.S. mailing address. If a winner resides outside of the United States, they must provide a valid U.S. shipping address within the time specified by the Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for arranging shipping from the U.S. address to their international location, including all associated costs, duties, taxes, or fees. Failure to provide a U.S. shipping address within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Agreement to Rules

By entering the Giveaway, you (“Entrant”) agree to:

• Abide by these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of participation, including the eligibility criteria.
• Accept all terms as stated, understanding that winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements herein.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins February 3, 2025 and ends 11:59pm MT on July 4, 2025. Entries submitted after the stated end time will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To participate in the Giveaway:

1. Submit your email address via the official Giveaway site. Each email submission equals one (1) point.
2. Earn additional points as follows:
   • Three (3) points for each valid referral who enters using your unique referral link.
   • One (1) point for each valid follow of Sponsor’s designated social media accounts.

Rules for Entries:

• Entries must be complete and compliant with the specified entry requirements.
• Duplicate entries, fraudulent submissions, or entries made through automated systems will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Limit one (1) email address per participant. Entries made using multiple email addresses or aliases are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Prizes

The Safe House Kit prize is valued at $459.00 retail. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

Taxes: All taxes, fees, and surcharges, if any, associated with receiving or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be:

• Selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.
• Notified via the email address provided during entry within ten (10) business days of the drawing.

If a winner:

• Cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the time specified in the notification email, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.

Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering the Giveaway, Entrant agrees:

• That Sponsor may use Entrant's name, likeness, and entry content (including but not limited to social media shares and referral information) for promotional purposes without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available on the official Sponsor website.

General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical failures, human error, or any other cause.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and directors from any liability or claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Disputes

Any disputes arising under these Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

Arbitration Clause: Entrants agree that all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by binding arbitration.
