Shipping policy

We ship to any valid address in the Lower 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other outlying areas.

Daily order cutoff time is 2pm Arizona Mountain Time. Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days for Entropy Survival products carried in inventory.

Products marked (SC) or tagged Shopify Collective are fulfilled & shipped by a variety of product suppliers and are subject to their shipping policies. Typically, Shopify Collective suppliers process orders within 1 - 4 business days, with shipping time varying by shipping carrier and rate. For power, solar and other heavy & bulky items, order processing times could take longer due to special freight shipping coordination.

Additionally, certain products – as noted in their product descriptions – may require separate manual shipping quotes. This overrides 'free shipping' in checkout.

By placing your order, you agree to our return & refund policy, including all restocking fees for non-defective items – mistaken, accidental or wrong-item orders placed at no fault of Entropy Survival and associated restocking fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
