Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for Entropy Survival inventory products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

A restocking fee of 25% and payment for return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. In iieu of the restocking fee, the Customer may elect store credit for the full value of the product order (not including shipping fees).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please feel free to drop us a line to share your thoughts on the site, all comments welcomed.

Accidental Orders

Orders "made on accident" or "by mistake" or any derivative thereof – at no fault of Entropy Survival – will incur a 6% processing fee to reverse the transaction.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

The following products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons and/or agreements with affiliated vendors. 

  • Masks
  • Water bottles
  • Mayday (food & water rations)
  • Sunscreen
  • Handwarmers
  • Water filters
  • Hats

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shopify Collective Products

Items purchased from Entropy Survival available from Shopify Collective (marked SC or tagged Shopify Collective) are subject to restocking fees and return shipping payment – at the sole responsibility of the Customer. Restocking fees and return shipping rates vary by supplier. Return requests for the sole purpose of price matching or "better pricing" comparisons on other other sites and storefronts are considered non-defective item returns – and a restocking fee of 25% and payment for return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Once Fulfillment is accepted by the Shopify Collective supplier, order cancellations cannot be placed – you will need to open a return/refund process and will be subject to the supplier's return policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
