The Hekla: 304 Sexy Stainless Steel LavaBox with Dual-Burner

The Hekla is our 304 stainless steel portable propane fire pit: the LavaBox for people who want something other than olive drab. It has the same dual campfire and cooking burners as the Original, dressed up with a genuine leather handle, an easy-open lid latch and brass fittings. Think C-3PO and R2-D2 had a kid, and that kid was on fire.

Why it works

  • 304 stainless steel that develops a one-of-a-kind patina over time
  • Campfire + cooking burner in one box, 280,000 BTUs
  • Built for fire restrictions: propane with a shut-off valve generally meets or exceeds Stage 1 and Stage 2 fire restriction requirements. Always check your local rules.
  • No smoke, sparks or ash. Lights in seconds, packs into a raft, truck, van or RV.

What's included: Hekla stainless LavaBox with dual burner, regulator and hose, 10-12 Hades Stones, and a direct flight on the Bifrost

Not included: propane tank, Over Under Grill Thingy, Bugout Bag (or Thor's hammer). Add the grill and bag for the full kit.

Specs: 11 in L x 5.5 in W x 7 in H, 8.5 lb, 304 stainless steel
