BF-F8HP Solar Radio Go Bag Kit – Programmed Baofeng BF-F8HP 8 Watt with Solar Charger

Back soon: we're waiting on more BF-F8HP radios. Need a kit now? The UV5R Solar Go Bag Kit has the same contents with the Baofeng UV5R radio.

What's in the kit

  • Baofeng BF-F8HP 8-watt radio, programmed for your zip code before it ships
  • 18.5 inch folding tactical antenna
  • 3800mAh extended battery
  • USB charge cable
  • 10,000mAh solar charger for your radio and phone
  • BNC adapters
  • Tigrett Outdoors SMC cable to run the radio through electronic earmuffs or headphones
  • MOLLE radio bag in Black, Multicam, Coyote or Ranger Green, sized to fit a glove box

Ready to use out of the box

We use your shipping zip code to program channels for your local area, so the radio is ready when it arrives.

Power when the grid is down

The solar charger keeps both your radio and your phone running when there's no outlet. Charging is slower in low or indirect sunlight.

Solar kit or Vehicle kit?

This kit comes with the solar charger. The BF-F8HP Vehicle Go Bag Kit swaps the charger for a magnetic vehicle mount that puts the antenna on your roof.

Do I need a license?

Listening doesn't require a license. Transmitting on ham (amateur) or GMRS frequencies requires an FCC license. If you have questions about what's programmed for your area, contact us before ordering.
