Bloomsdale Spinach is a fast-growing, beginner-friendly spinach with deeply savoyed leaves. It's a reliable, open-pollinated heirloom with tender meaty leaves boasting delicious flavor and an impressive nutritional profile. 

Dwarf Siberian Improved Kale is a high-yield curly Russian kale that resists bolting and performs well in a variety of gardening conditions, including water-based systems. 

Fordhook is the classic Swiss Chard, with dark green leaves on white tender stalks. This reliable heirloom produces well from spring until winter, withstanding summer's heat and cooler conditions. Harvest at the baby stage for salads or full-sized for cooking. 

Watercress naturally grows along the banks of streams and other sources of running water, but can be adapted to garden and container growing easily.

Oakleaf lettuce is a very old heirloom with tender, deeply lobed leaves. Performs well in cool weather and partial shade. Harvest as leaf lettuce at the baby stage or allow it to mature into loose heads

Buttercrunch lettuce is an award-winning Bibb-style lettuce that is tolerant of warm temperatures, being slow to bolt. The green head has a yellow center hidden inside a tight rosette structure.
