What makes this pack special?  It is made of a 1000 Thread Count Thermoplastic Polyurethane lamination and has reinforced attachment points on the shoulder straps.  Which is different from most waterproof packs on the market.   What does this even mean?  Thermoplastic Polyurethane, (TPU) has several awesome qualities.  It is more abrasion-resistant than the alternative PVC.  TPU also performs much better in colder temperatures than PVC alternatives making this back an excellent choice for cold-weather adventures like Snowboarding, ice-fishing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, or visiting the North Pole.  Now take this awesome waterproofing and laminate it to a 1000 Thread Count Nylon and you have THE toughest 25-Liter waterproof backpack on the market.  If that wasn't enough, we back it up with a lifetime welded seam warranty.  We think Albert Einstein would be proud of us.
